New LN32D550

For LN32C530

In february 2011 Samsung launched the successor of the LN32C530, the LN32D550. There isn’t a C530 series. The dimensions stayed almost the same, but the new “Touch of Color” design looks cooler since Samsung got rid of the fancy red line and now relies on a very stylish glossy black.

The specifications and features are very similar as well, although the image quality of the new display of the LN32D550 is a little better than on the 2010 model. The most dramatic changes are on the connectivity side, the 2011 D550 LCD has 4x HDMI, 2 Component Video, 2 Component Audio, 2 USB 2.0 and a PC and PC audio input making which makes it stand out of the crowd of similar 32-Inch LCD TVs.

Even better, the Samsung LN32D550 barely costs more than used LN32C530 HDTVs so you should definitely go for the new D550 instead of buying a C530.
